Guardian Angels † Elim Home Care offers a wide spectrum of services to meet all of our clients’ needs:
Nursing Services
Our professional staff, under the direction of a physician, provides excellent nursing services with a personal touch. Nursing services include evaluation of health care needs, medication management, health education and coordination of family members, physicians and other health care professionals.
Home Health Aide
Our state approved and specially trained home health aides provide clients with personal care needs, making their life more comfortable. Some of these care needs may include bathing, dressing, grooming, exercising and medication reminders.
Homemaking
Managing an illness or disability can be made easier with the help of our experienced homemakers. Homemakers can assist with light housekeeping, meal preparations, laundry, shopping and errands.
TeleHealth
With the help of technology, client’s health can be monitored regularly while remaining in their home. Via a computer, a remote link to client’s homes is established and within just a few clicks, clinicians can view client’s vital signs to ensure they are safe and healthy.
Therapy Services
