What is the Elim
Oasis Adult Day Health Center?
Our goal at Elim Oasis is to help
adults, currently living at home, thrive there as long as
possible.
- The Elim Oasis Adult Day Health
Center offers older adults in Princeton and the surrounding areas, area
activities, outings and companionship.
- Elim Oasis provides health
care services and social stimulation for seniors who
often cannot be left home alone safely. Approximately 25
participants come from 1 to 5 days per week for this
rigorous, health care program.
- At Elim Oasis, our
participants may spend time with peers, play games, enjoy
a nutritious meal & healthy breakfast, watch a movie,
take a stroll, or enjoy other planned outings and
activities, all within a comfortable and inviting
environment.
- Transportation services to
and from Elim Oasis are available.
- Our professional staff
provides support and counseling for family members to
keep them well informed.
What Makes Elim
Oasis Unique?
- At Elim Oasis, a menu of
healthcare services is available for our guests, in
addition to the basic supervision and social stimulation
they experience. These additional services include:
- Monitoring temperature
and blood pressure
- Set up and
administering medication
- Providing assistance with
activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, walking, transfers
and physician-ordered treatments)
- Strength training and
rehabilitation services
- Personal cares; showers,
shampoos, shaving
