When illness or aging necessitates care outside the home, Lake Ridge Care Center provides loving and supportive 24-hour nursing care. Both short and long-term care is available at our Medicare and Medicaid certified campus.

Working together, our professional team develops a care plan tailored to meet your individual needs. That plan includes social and spiritual care as well as the health care services needed to maximize your comfort, security, and well-being.

At Lake Ridge, residents are welcomed to bring familiar possessions to decorate their room, and make their new homes as much like their old homes as possible.

Dignified Assisted Living

Lake Ridge Manor promotes the independence and dignity of seniors who would like access to the fellowship, and community of Lake Ridge. Dedicated staff is on hand to gladly provide assistance—never intrusive, but just there when you need it. A registered nurse supervises medical management regularly.

At Lake Ridge Manor, residents may furnish their residence in their own style, creating a familiar, cozy, home. Each residence has a private bath, carpeting, window covering, cable TV and telephone outlets, and a 24-hour emergency call system that provides an extra measure of security.

Activities and Community

Residents of both Lake Ridge Care Center and Lake Ridge Manor can visit the on-site library, beauty shop, and barbershop. Regular excursions for shopping and entertainment are available for those who wish to participate, and music and activities take place on campus daily, while our chaplaincy program ministers to the spiritual needs of our residents.

Located just thirty minutes west of Minneapolis in Buffalo, Minnesota, Lake Ridge Care Center offers the delights of a small town and one of Minnesota’s most beautiful lakes, Buffalo Lake, sits majestically outside Lake Ridge’s front door.

A Full Spectrum of Care

Lake Ridge Care Center offers a full spectrum of care to those who need it, both inside and outside the Lake Ridge community. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy is provided by professional in-house therapists and Pro-Rehab Therapeutic Services in Minneapolis. Guardian Angels Elim Home Care cares for those who cannot leave their homes, and a Meals on Wheels service is offered to those who would like meals, along with a friendly face, delivered to their door.
