Independent Living
At Valley View Village, we offer a variety of independent living options for senior adults. No matter which independent living option best suits you, we have the utmost confidence that you will enjoy our community at Valley View Village.
Our independent residents have access to all on-site recreational and spiritual activities. Exterior grounds are maintained by Valley View Village, including lawn maintenance and snow removal. No endowment is needed for any of our independent living options, but a deposit of one month's rent is required.

Garden Cottage Apartments
Adults 55+ who wish to maintain their independent lifestyle may be interested in our Garden Cottage Apartments. Our cottage apartments are available with a one bedroom floor plan (600 square feet) or a two bedroom floor plan (1,140 square feet).
Some of the amenities of our Garden Cottage Apartments are:
•Private entrance
•Kitchen with stove and refrigerator
•Green space to plant flowers
•All utilities included, except for phone, Internet and cable/satellite television
•Reserved parking space
•Participation in main dining room meals is available for a nominal fee
•Access to home health care services
•Participation in all of our on-site activities
Manor Apartments
Another option for senior adults seeking a more traditional apartment are our Manor Apartments. The apartments are available with one or two bedrooms. Amenities include the following:
•Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and stackable washer and dryer
•Underground heated parking
•Secured building
•All utilities included, except for phone, Internet and cable television
•Participation in main dining room meals is available for a nominal fee
•Access to home health care services
•Participation in all of our on-site activities
Catered Apartments
Our Catered Apartments provide individuals with efficient and carefree living options with great amenities. Our one and two room options are approximately 187 square feet and 374 square feet, respectively. Some of the amenities are as follows:
•Private bath
•Three nutritious meals served daily in our dining room
•Weekly housekeeping in each apartment
•Weekly laundry and ironing service
•All utilities included, except for telephone, Internet and cable television
•Access to home health care services
•Participation in all of our on-site activities
