At Valley View Village, we offer a variety of independent living options for senior adults. No matter which independent living option best suits you, we have the utmost confidence that you will enjoy our community at Valley View Village. Our independent residents have access to all on-site recreational and spiritual activities. Exterior grounds are maintained by Valley View Village, including lawn maintenance and snow removal. No endowment is needed for any of our independent living options, but a deposit of one month's rent is required.
