Home Care
Located on the Valley View Village campus, our Village Home Health Care provides services to our residents living in the Garden Cottage Apartments, Manor Apartments and Catered Apartments.
For Valley View's independent residents, it is comforting to have someone close at hand should they have a question about a health concern or need a medical opinion. With our home health care services, our residents can talk with our in-house nurse should that need arise. Valley View Village Home Health Care offers:
•Free assessment and evaluation
•Healthcare services available on an "a la carte" basis and residents only pay for the services they need
•Assistance in finding more specialized care
•Additional information resources are available for residents in the Home Health Care office
Home Health Care also offers assistance in determining qualification for Medicare/Medicaid or private insurance coverage. Please note that we do not bill Medicare/Medicaid or private insurance companies, but rather accept only private pay for Home Health Care services.
