Home Care
Located on the Valley View Village campus, our Village Home Care provides services to our residents living in the Garden Cottage Apartments, Manor Apartments and Catered Apartments.
For Valley View's independent residents, it is comforting to have someone close at hand should they have a question about a health concern or need a medical opinion. With our home health care services, our residents can talk with our in-house nurse should that need arise. Village Home Care offers:
•Free assessment and evaluation
•Healthcare services available on an "a la carte" basis (residents only pay for the services they need)
•Assistance in finding more specialized care
•Additional informational resources are available for residents in the Village Home Care office
Village Home Care also offers assistance in determining qualification for Medicare/Medicaid or private insurance coverage. Please note that we do not bill Medicare/Medicaid or private insurance companies, but rather accepts only private pay for Village Home Care services.

Village Buddies
A Village Buddy is a resident of Valley View Village who is matched to a resident in Valley View's Health Care Center:
•Village Buddies visit with a Health Care resident once a week
•A Village Buddy has a one year commitment
•Family members of Health Care residents can request for their family member to get a buddy
•Outside volunteers can also be Village Buddies
•Training sessions are held for those who want to be a Village Buddy
•Any resident at Valley View can be a Village Buddy
