Elim has a tradition of caring that spans over seven decades. Throughout this time, we have grown to become a premier provider of senior services. This full spectrum of services includes independent housing, nursing care, home health care, and assisted living. We also have specialization in programs and services within our communities for residents with memory loss and Alzheimer's disease. Just as the oasis named "Elim" in the book of Exodus provided physical, and spiritual renewal in a weary and arid land, Elim Care's goal, each and every day, is to serve the needs of seniors with compassion, excellence, and innovation.

Determining which living option is right for you, or choosing the right level of care, are very important decisions. Elim Care is able to serve your individual needs through a number of campuses and service programs.

Independent Living
Provides private apartments, activities, enhanced social opportunities, and freedom from home maintenance with meals and other services available.

Retirement Communities
A planned campus setting offering multiple levels of housing with lifestyle choices. This may include homes in a variety of sizes and styles, senior apartments, assisted living and home health care.

Assisted Living
A special combination of housing, personalized supportive services and health care designed to respond to the individual needs of those who need help with the activities of daily living, but do not need the skilled medical care provided in a nursing home.

Care Centers
Our focus in each of our communities is to provide 24-hour skilled nursing care and supportive services with a staff dedicated to preserving dignity and independence for residents with needs for a higher level of assistance. These services can include programs for those residents with memory loss, Alzheimer's disease and related disorders.

Community Services
Elim offers adult day care and home health care services to enable older adults to live independently and comfortably in their own home or with a caregiver. The range of services can include skilled nursing care, personal care, meals on wheels, housekeeping, transportation, and companionship.

Short-term Respite Care
Elim offers a short stay program, often called Respite Care, for anyone needing assisted living for only a few days, a few weeks, or even a few months. Whether a short stay is required to give a caregiver a break, or rehabilitation is needed following a hospital stay, our professional, friendly staff can develop a care plan designed to meet each individual's specific needs. We understand that sometimes, a little help makes a whole lot of difference.
