Thanksgiving feast preparations are underway!

As the last leaves are falling from the trees and autumn is turning quickly to winter, Elim Shores is gearing up for the holiday season. Plans have been made for a traditional Thanksgiving feast on November 16 with turkey and all the fixings. The residents will be served by all the department managers and staff. Everyone is looking forward to a fabulous meal prepared by our chefs, Emilie Jett and Carol Biala, with help from cook, Kestin Ponce.  It will be a Thanksgiving meal to remember.

On the following evening, we will enjoy a concert by Higher Call one of our favorite gospel groups.
