Amenities at Elim Shores
It is our goal to provide our residents with a wonderful assisted and independent living housing facility that not only meets and exceeds their needs, but also provides meaningful touches of home. Residents of Elim Shores enjoy a wide variety of wonderful amenities including:
Restaurant Style Dining
Our restaurant style dining program offers residents the opportunity to order from a full menu of healthy and tasty entrees at each meal.
Assisted Living Services
All residents have access to nursing services. Should a resident require extra care, a menu of services is available for purchase. Packages include assistance with various activities of daily living, such as administering medications, bathing and dressing.
Safe, Secure and Scenic Surroundings
Elim Shores has a cozy interior with easy to navigate hallways and scenic outdoor surroundings that include individual garden plots, beautiful patios and walking paths along the lake. The staff maintenance crew manages the facility, ensuring a clean and safe building.
Housekeeping
Independent residents receive light housekeeping services monthly and assisted living residents receive weekly housekeeping services.
Spiritual Care
At Elim Shores, a part-time chaplain provides weekly chapel services, grief groups, book club, one-on-one visits and spiritual support to residents. We believe spiritual health is an important component to overall health and well-being.
Engaging Activities
Residents of Elim Shores enjoy a wide range of activities, from card clubs to fitness classes to outings. Elim Shores also offers an in-house beauty shop and card shop, all of which keep residents on the move!
Transportation
Our van provides scheduled transportation to the grocery store, bank and Walgreens free of charge. Our van can be scheduled to transport individuals to doctor’s appointments or just about anywhere you would like to go for a modest fee.
Rent includes all utilities, with the exception of telephone, cable television and Internet services. Television and Internet services are optional. An underground parking garage is available for an extra fee.
