Cornerstone Assisted Living of Plymouth is the latest addition to the Elim Care community. You will find Cornerstone Assisted Living a part of the Cornerstone Commons community, which also includes townhomes and a senior housing cooperative.
You will enjoy native wildlife and natural water views just outside your apartment windows while also enjoying its convenient location.

and Suite Amenities
The 84-unit building has 66 assisted living apartments and an 18-unit Memory Care neighborhood within our larger assisted living community. Choose from studio, one, and two bedroom apartments complete with kitchens in our assisted living community, also in the studio and one-bedroom apartments in our memory care. All of the apartments are handicapped accessible with large walk in showers in the bathrooms.
Health Services
Cornerstone Assisted Living is staffed with 24-hour staff to provide assistance in meeting personal needs. Comprehensive programs tailored to individual needs promote maximum independence. All care is provided with the oversight of a Registered Nurse who is in the building 40 hours a week and is on call 24 hours a day. Residents residing at Cornerstone are on a priority waiting list to access other Elim Home communities based on availability. At Elim’s Cornerstone Assisted Living community, the focus is on providing excellent care and service in a Christian environment.
